I had someone in my life for about 20 years who said, nearly every time we spent time together, “Remember to journal! Get your reactions/feelings/thoughts out on paper.” I fought against it for 20 years. I don’t work well on paper; that was my biggest objection.

I got to thinking about this over the weekend. Journaling doesn’t have to be on paper. Just getting my thoughts out of my head helps.
Blogging is the same as journaling. I’ll be trying to do it more. I’m hoping that I can get on a regular schedule. Be on the lookout for witchcraft, knitting, crafting, books, TV, music, sex, herbalism, venting, therapy. It’ll be a good thing.
